PRESIDENT RETICENT By Telegraph—Press Association v;: :llington, May 14. Replying to a rumour that he intended to retire from the presidency of the New Zealand Legion, and that the Legion was to be reorganised as a youth movement, Dr Campbell Begg said he preferred not to discuss the question at this juncture. The annual meeting would be held shortly, and would deal with the election of officers.
