PENALTY OF CRIME
PRISONERS SENTENCED By Telegraph—Press Association PALMERSTON NORTH, May 14. At the Supreme Court, prisoners were sentenced: — Maurice Lucinsky (20) theft of £240 from his stepmother, three years’ probation. Keith Elford Craig, metal dealer (33) theft of metal valued at £26 at Linton, 18 months’ hard labour. Mr Justice Smith, after referring to his previous convictions, said that Craig seemed to have embarked upon a course of dishonesty.
