NEW JUDGE TO BE APPOINTED By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, February 6. As a result of the appointment of Mr Justice Frazer to the deputy chairmanship of the Executive Commission of Agriculture, the appointment of a new judge of the Arbitration Court will be considered by the Government in the near future. It is understood that the Government’s choice will be either Mr E. Page, SJVt., or Mr J. S. Barton, S.M.
