SEQUEL TO STABLE CONDITIONS
INTERESTING FORECAST BY VICEROY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received December 18, 7.15 p.m.) CALCUTTA, December 18. The Viceroy of India (Lord Willingdon), addressing the British Chambers of Commerce Conference, said: "Indian credit is higher than for twenty years, due to the improved political situation and the Government’s sound financial policy.” The Viceroy was confident that political stability would continue and the determination to work for the supr cess of new constitutional reforms' would result in the continued revival of trade, with increasing prosperity.
