tries. A 44-hour week. An elaborate programme of public works;
The passing of a Peace Act setting forth the national acceptance of the principle of collective action against any peace breaker.
The new policy, which will be submitted to the conference of the Party in October, declares that a co-operative world commonwealth is the only final guarantee to peace. Accordingly the Party will submit at Geneva a plan for all-round disarmament, the abolition of all arms forbidden to the Central Powers under the 1918 Treaties, the abolition of national air forces, and the creation of international air forces.
