NAYLOR APPEAL.
LENGTHY ARGUMENT IN COURT. (Received May 22, 10.0 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 22. Argument occupying two days in the Naylor injunction case was concluded to-day before Mr Justice K. Street, who reserved judgment. The Australian Jockey Club to-day lodged an appeal to the Full Court against the decision of Mr Justice Long-Innes on May 7, when Naylor w4s granted a continuation of his original injunction.
