ENTERPRISE OF DUTCH AIR LINES United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 26. The Dutch air lines have decided to enable sixteen passengers to enjoy air race thrills. Arrangements are being made to enter two planes, one in the open competition and one in the handicap competition.
