CORPORATION AND FASCIST COUNCILS TO RULE. NEW ARBITERS OF ITALIAN AFFAIRS. United Pi ess Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 12, 12.30 a m.) LONDON. December 11. The Rome correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says: “The Fascist Grand Council approved of a sheaf of fifteen laws relating to corporations which Signor Mussolini presented. The corporations represent every form of human activity in Italy, Signor Mussolini having power to select presidents, convoke corporations either singly, or in batches, to control the economic output of each industry, also wages and hours. The corporations have power to settle trade disputes, but in the event of failure Signor Mussolini will be supreme arbiter. When the corporations begin to function, the Chamber of Deputies will be superseded as the corporations will draft all Bills on economic affairs, while the Fascist Grand Council, w’ill advise upon politics, in which Cabinet and Signor Mussolini will be the ultimate arbiters.
