DISHONEST SOLICITOR
SENTENCE REDUCED. By TelegrapK—Press Association WELLINGTON, October 21. The Court of Appeal this morning granted leave to Albert Lionel Bailey, solicitor, formerly of Napier, to appeal from the sentence of five years’ imprisonment with hard labour imposed upon him at Wellingt i on August 17 last. At the same time, the Court, having considered the matter, reduced the sentence to three years’ imprisonment with hard labour.
