INTOXICATED IN CHARGE
MOTORIST PUNISHED. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, October 21. A fine of £3O and the cancellation of his driving license for two years was Imposed by Mr W. F. Stilwell, S.M., on Leonard Normtin Williams (38), company manager, after convicting him on a charge of being found in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor car. He had been fined, and hnd his .icense cancelled in 1931 for a similar offence.
