REPLY TO GERMAN MOVE. United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 25, 7.25 p.m.) LONDON, June 24. Lord Baden-Powell addressing the Scottish scout rally said the German Boy Scouts had been suppressed because they were military. “They are not attached to us,” added the Scout leader, “who are neither military or political.”
