CONFERENCE IN UNITED STATES. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 25, 6.35 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, June 25. The closing day of the Rotary Assembly, at Poland Springs, was devoted to a general discussion on the relation of rotary to world affairs, and its efforts to create better international understanding. The delegates are leaving to-night and to-morrow for Boston, for the convention opening, and the confirmation and election of governors of the various rotary districts throughout the world, will be part of the programme.
