MONSTER MEETING PROPOSED. United Press Association—Bv Electrlo Telegrapir—Copyright (Received March 19. 8.20 p.m.) TORONTO. March 18. Mr P. J. Mulqueen, chairman of the Canadian Olympic Committee, is in communication with the British Committee proposing that the Empire athletes who compete at Los Angeles in 1932 should be brought to Vancouver for a monster open athletic meeting.
