POLAR EXPEDITION.
SIR HUBERT WILKINS’S PLANS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, March 18. Sir Hubert Wilkins was granted authority on Wednesday by the Radio Commission to maintain radio communication with the United States on the Polar expedition. The license covers a series of high frequencies for broadcasting and communications, and will have 200 watt power with the call letters WSEA.
