A CHANGE ANNOUNCED. British Official Wireless RUGBY, August 18. The War Office announces that Major-General L. C. L. Oldfield has been appointed General Officer Commanding in Malaya, with effect from February, 1931, in succession to MajorGeneral H. L. Pritchard. (Major-General Leopold Charles !
