’PLANE CRASHES IN RIVER.
PASSENGER DROWNED. United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright BRISBANE, August 20. Flying round H.M.A.S. Albatross, whilst the warship was proceeding down the Brisbane River, a Moth aeroplane, piloted by T. Urquhart, with W. Duff as a passenger, crashed into the water. Duff was trapped in the wreckage of the ’plane and drowned. The pilot escaped with cuts on the head.
