STANDARDISATION DESIRED. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON. July 11. A conference of engineering and manufacturing organisations, called at the request of the Prime Minister, was held to-day, so that information on standardisation in relation to New Zealand and Empire trade might be secured. Although an official report has not been released yet, it is understood that the conference was successful, and that constructive decisions were made.
