ARBITRATION COURT.
CONGESTION OF WORK. By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, July 7. “I hope Parliament will speedily devise some means of relieving the congestion of the Arbitration Court’s work,” said Mr Justice Frazer, when making a list of fixtures. His Honour indicated that the Court was working under extreme pressure, and declined an application to make a fixture for Gisborne, where there was an urgent case to be heard. “We have to be in Wellington early in August,” Judge Frazer said. “We Could not possibly afford time in going to Gisborne.”
