DUTCH VESSELS TO VISIT NEW ZEALAND. (United Press Association—By Electric 7,’elegraph—Copyright.) WELTEVREDEN, April 8. Beginning in September, the Dutch Indian Squadron, consisting of one cruiser and two destroyers, commanded by Rear-Admiral C. C. Kayser, is leaving Sourabaya on an official visit to Australia and New Zealand, returning to Sourabaya at the beginning of December.
