TAXATION IN FRANCE.
RELIEF FOR INDUSTRIES. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copvripht.) PARIS, April 8. M. Tardieu informed a deputation from the woollen industry that he would shortly be granting reductions on wool, amounting to £500,000. He promised carefully to examine the whole system of wool taxation.
