YOUNG PLAN
FRANCE SENDS NOTE TO GERMANY. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received April 6, 11 p.m. PARIS, April 6. M. Tardiu, speaking in the Senate debate on the Young Plan, revealed that France, early in the week, would send a Note to Germany, demanding the destruction of certain fortifications before the evacuation of the Rhineland. The Senate ratified the Young Plan by 284 votes to eight.
