MOTOR CYCLIST KILLED IN COLLISION. By Telegraph—Prea* Assoclatlor WANGANUI, March 16. Fatal injuries were sustained by a motor cyclist as a result of a collision with a motor car near Maxwell at about 11.45 on Saturday evening. The victim was John Guntley, 21 years of age, who lived at Masterton.
MOTORIST KILLED By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 16. John Land, contractor, of Edievale, a single man about forty-five years of age, was killed at about 10 o’clock on Friday night. He was driving a motor car from Millar’s Flat to Beaumont, and after turning a sharp corner in the road, near Rae's Junction School, the car ran off the road and fell about 50ft. into a creek. Mr and Mrs Paul Childs, of Beaumont, who were in the car, were injured, and were removed to Lawrence hospital. Deceased is supposed to have no relatives in the Dominion.
