The Chicago wheat tobogganed in the final hour, when the market weakened unaccountably and then picked up. The loss ol orders were on the way down and may have led to a decline, which carried all prices to record low levels for the season. The closing prices were—March 1101 cents, May 1154 cents, July 116 i cents, September 1175 cents. Minneapolis wheat dropped to a new low level under' the influence of unfavourable reports from Winnipeg. Chicago closing prices—May 115 J cents, oft 3i cents, July 1171 cents, off 31 cents.
