WHEAT SLUMP.
FEDERAL BOARD’S ACTION. (United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, February 4. A Chicago report states that the Federal Farm Board came to the relief of the wheat market, causing a decided up-turn, by means of persistent buying. Wheat opened fractionally higher and closed: March 115 J cents, May 1192 cents, July 1214 cents, September 123 i cents per bushel.
