Red Appeals To British Workers. EVIDENCE OF SOVIET TREACHERY. (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received September 27, 8.30 p.m.) RIGA, September 26. “Concentrate all your efforts on unmasking Macdonald’s pseudo-Labour Government,” is the instruction issued to the British Communist Party by the Executive of the Communist International The ukase adds: “British comrades must show up Macdonald's treachery, regarding India, Egypt, Palestine, and the sabotaging of relations with the Soviet. Union workers must foment strikes in Britain, and begin a fresh campaign throughout factories. They should offer the workers new enticements to launch a Communist daily paper, before the end of the year." These instructions appeared on the day the Henderson-Dovgalevsky conversations opened.
