WORLD FLIGHT.
HIGH WINDS DELAY ZEPPELIN. (United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyrlgh t.) (Received August 23, 7.30 p.m.) TOKYO, August 23. All passengers were on board the Graf Zeppelin when the doors on the hangar were opened at 9.35, waiting for a decrease in the wind, which grew worse until dawn, when it was announced that departure would be postponed.
