■ —; MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The weekly meeting- of the, Management Committee' of , the... South Canterbury Football Association was held on Monday night,, Mr W. H. Conner presiding over the following attendance; —Messrs-' D. Hume, C. Brown, J. Drummond, J._ Scott, J. MacDonald, and the. lion. sec. andtreasurer (Mr J. M. Flett). Anapology for absence was. received from Mr Begbie. Messrs C. Brown and J. Drumigpiid were appointed delegates to attend the Boro,ugh Council conference re allocation of playing areas. The financial, statement was read, and showed that there is still room for improvement, although the position is favourable in comparison with former years. Accounts amounting tp £l4/1.3/were passed for payment. The Rangers Football Club were duly afllliated to the Association, and the following fixtures were fixed for Saturday first; — Rangers v. Albion Rovers, on No'. 1 ground, Anzac Reserve. Colinjco v. Wanderers, on,Russell Square. Rev. C. W. Duncumb and Mr C. Brown were elected for the respective games. • j The Dance Committee were thanked for the very successful evening, and entertainment accorded the soccer players and members of the sports committee of H.M.S. Dunedin.
