Sir Philip Cunliffe Lister (President of tlie Board oi Trade) speaking at tho banquet of tho Associated Chambers of Commerce, said that British industry needed abio men overseas to help trade there. Tho British Government had not the slightest intention of abrogating their services, but were considering the possibility if economising at Home.
