Mr. F. L. Wooles. Wind, moderate to fresh, south lo south-east weather, cold; Btill somewhat unsettled, but mainly fair. Outlook for tho week ending May 0 • Wind mainly southerly to easterly weather, fair at intervals, but more c-oid and unsettled than otherwise during the period. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for southerly winds, strong to gale at times, and cold, squally, and showery weather; heavy showers in the east coast districts, and snow on the higher levels in tho south. Barometer rising everywhere, and an improvement will probably follow shortly.
