SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ST. ANDREWS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. LONDON, March 20. An anonymous gift of £IOO,OOO was made to St. Andrew’s University. Of this, £40,000 will be devoted to new scholarships. Lord Inchcape also donated £SOOO to the Building Fund.
