At»tra2i*n and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, March 17. The death is announced of Sir Henry Graik, M.P., for the Glasgow and Aberdeen Universities since 1926; aged 80 years.
SIR ROBERT BOND. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. ST. JOHNS (Newfoundland), Mar. 17. Sir Robert Bond, a former Prime Minister, aged 70, is dead. (Sir Robert Bond entered the Newfoundland Legislature in 1882 and became Speaker of the Assembly in 1884. In- 1889 be became a Cabinet Minister, and in the following year assisted Lord Paunceforte in negotiating a reciprocity treaty with the United States. He was Prime Minister and Colonial Secretary from 1900 till 1909, and retired in 1913;.
