NOT UNDERSTOOD.
JUDGE’S ORDER. WELLINGTON, Juno 1. Tn the case of a boy charged with throwing a bottle at a train, in the Supremo Court yesterday, it was orloucously reported that the Judge made no order to suppress the name. Actually Mr Justice Reed mado the order, but was unfortunately misunderstood.
