Military Scheme Works Out

The success of military revolt is apparent from tlio fact that the President of tho republic has charged the leader of the revolutionary forces, commander Mendes Cabecadas, with the task of forming a Cabinet. Commander Cabecadas has accepted, and has provisionally taken over control of all portfolios. Commander Cabecadas, interviewed, declared that the Government would consist of civil and military personages, quite outside the political parties, and in perfect agreement with {Tie delegates of the military divisions.
