ONE ARMED MOTORIST.
• LICENSE CANCELLED By Telegraph—Press Association LEVIN, December 17. At the Magistrate’s Court, to-day, .Mien Light Williams was charged with driving a motor-car in a dangerous manner, and failing to stop after a. co’li'.ion. Defendant was fined £5 on the first charge and £2 on the second. The police stated defendant had only one arm, and this was his second collision since his license was granted. The. Magistrate thereupon cancelled Williams’ driver’s license.
