The Brussels correspondent -_ of “Le Temps” reports that the Belgian Government, in agreement with the Anglo-French Governments, has decided that Dusseldorf, Duisberg, and Ruhrort shall be evacuated in the near future. WITHDRAWAL FROM RUHR. FRENCH MARCHING OUT QUIETLY. (Received July 20, 1 a.m.) BERLIN, July 18. The French evacuation of the Ruhr, which will be completed on July 31, is proceeding quietly and unostentatiously The thinning out policy is preferred to the more conspicuous and spectacular policy of marching out wita flying colours of two and a half years ago. Bochum and Recklinghausen will be evacuated by July 18, Rattingen by Julv 20. The last French . colonial troops will leave the Ruhr on Monday. Many billotcrs have already been released at Essen and Dusseldorf, but the reports of the imminent evacuation of Dusseldorf and Duisberg are premature. ■
