General Berenguer, ex-Comman-der-in-Chief of the Spanish Forces, and-High Commissioner of Morocco, who was court-martialed in connection with the Melilla disaster ot 1921, has been sentenced to be removed from the Active List, and placed on the reserve. General Navarro, similarly charged, was acquitted.
