Herriot’s declarations in the Chamber of Deputies, in regard to expelled Germans, permission has already been given for 30,(100 persons to return to French occupied territory. The return of the majority expelled would be rendered possible shortly, and a majority of tliese imprisoned in the Ruhr conflict. will be set free. APPROVED BY FRENCH CHAMBER. Received 5.5 p.m., June 29. PARIS, June 28. The Chamber, by 456 votes to 26, approved the Ruhr credits, which M. Herriot made a question of confidence. The Socialists voted with the majority.
