Mr F. L. Woolcs’s Forecast. . Strong north-east to northerly wind, changing to strong southerly .shortly, becoming very cold and stormy again, with heavy rain and snow inland. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for increasing northerly to westerly winds; weather unsettled and cloudy, with rain following generally, and a falling barometer everywhere.
