Mr F. L. Wooles’s Forecast. Fresh south and south-east winds; weather cold and changeable, but iaii conditions ruling. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for southeast winds, strong to gale; weather cold, showery and squally generally. Heavy rain probable northward ot Kawltia and Ea.it Cape, and snow on higher levels. Barometer rising high in tlie south, inn unsteady in northern districts. Weather conditions are somewhat threatening.
