WASHINGTON, June 6
A resolution to appropriate 10 million dollars for the relief of German women and children, already passed bv the House, was virtually killed on a motion iu the Senate by Senatoi Lafollette, to discharge the Foreign Relations Committee, which refused to report. The resolution was defeated by 53 to 23.
