FRANCHISE BILL.
A NEW POINT RAISED. By Cable—Press Atsoeiation—Copyright. LONDON, June 5. Mr Arthur Henderson informed the Standing Committee that the Electoral Bill, enfranchising women at 21, would enfranchise 11,500,000 young women. Lord Eustace Percy raised a point whether such a large increase in the electorate would entail the redistribution of seats.
