The Irish Convention resumed today. Sir Horace Plunket (.chairman) suggested a procedure whereby the existing scheme for the Government of Ireland should be examined and presented for the Convention's consideration. The Convention decided to appoint a standing committee to consult with the chairman regarding general procedure.
