GEIIALDINE RACING CLUB. The committee of this club met on Tuesday evening, when Mr O'Malley occupied the- chair, and seven other members were present. The correspondence included a let-tar from Air G. Reynolds, who agreed to furnish the Club with a starting clock on the terms suggested.
