ONE MAN TO TELL THE TALE. LONDON, August 14. The British steamer Teicmnchus has picked up in the Indian Ocean the schooner Sea Queen, which had been blown about helplessly at the mercy of the waves for four months. Only one man was on board alive, the rest of the crew having perished from thirst, after terrible sufferings.
