COMMITTEE MEETING. The weekly meeting of the Association Committee was held last evening, there being present—Messrs AY. AY. Smith (.chairman), A. Robertson (.secretary), H. Fleck (treasurer), Ft. G Keith, F. Metson, A. Duff." and H. Gracie. It- was decided that the association would not take the matches played on June 3rd owing to the fact that .several that were arranged could nut be played. D. Wilson, of Te Rangi Club, who had been re-ported by the referee for rough play. " was disqualified for one playing Timrsdav. as also AY. Palliser of St. Mary's lor a. like period. Permission was granted to the Temuka Club to play m_ the five-a-side tournament to be held in Christehureh. also to the Timaru ladies to play Ashburton on •Tune 3rd. Waimare and Timaru juniors wore fined 5s each and to forfeit their matches which thev were to have played on Thursday. May °Tith inst.
