AN EASY WIN. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHTJECH, March 10. The cricket match South Canterbury against Canterbury concluded today. Canterbury when 457 for _ seven wickets, declared their first innings closed .Towards the total S. Orchard contributed 96, Crawshaw (not out) 80, H. Ellis 59, T. Carlton (not out) 47. E. Cnysill 45. , In their second innings South Canterbury made 77 (Denton 18, Lynch 17, Bain 18). Canterbury won by an innings and 256 runs. For the first test match Australia against New Zealand to-morrow the weather at time of telegraphing (8.15 p.m.) is unsettled. About 5 o'clock this evening a licht shower fell and since then it has been misty accompanied by a drizzlo.
