' Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 10. Decrees nisi were granted bv the Chief Justice in the following divorce cases to-day:—Crawford v. Crawford, husband's petition on the ground of desertion; Shepherd v. Shepherd, wife's petition, adultery; Phillips v. Phillips, wife's petition, adultery; McGinnity v. McGinnity, husband's petition. HOKITIKA, March 10. The Supremo Court sittings opened before Mr Justice Chapman this morning. The grand jury found no bill on the charge of alleged assault against Constable Dunn. This was the only criminal business. A libel case was adjourned till next sitting.
