NEGOTIATIONS IN PROGRESS. Per Iress Association. CHRiSTCHURCH, June 1. A reporter this morning interviewed Mr Henry AVood, the newly-appointed chairman of tie New Zealand Flourmillers' Associntbn, regarding the agreement which Forms the basis of the Association.
