FARMERS' UNION.

A STATE BANK. THE MILK STANDAHD. Per Press Association. PAHIATUA, Feb. 22.At a meeting of the local branch of the Farmers' Union, the Hon. A. "\V. Hogg's recent statement as to his being favourable to the State issue of money was adversely criticised.
