Per Press Association. ' 0 AMARU, August. 25, Word was received by the police this morning that Mrs Brown, the wife of a. railway Kurfacemau living at Tapui committed suicide. Mrs Brown twice shot at herself with a gun, the second shot taking effect and causing dc-alli almost instantaneouelv.
DUNEDLNT, August 25. At ,the iniruest on the body of A. E. Heycock found on the railway last evening, the jury returned a verdict that deecaijed met .Lis death by being struck by a, railway engine, 'but there was no evidence to ehow how the accident occurred.
